Nope. You need to order that separate. The axle intended to be used is a Sun Ringle Stiffy 12 x 135mm axle and there are adapters suppied for use with that axle. You can also run QR with the adapterss supplied but it's noticeably flexy with that setup and you don't get a great amount of thread purchase in the QR

it is on private land and i heard they will charge HK$100 per day or $300 per month. i'm not sure when it will be open to public. it should only be a few weeks until it is finished.
